Dear Zhao,

We've become aware of your site gtransfer.com.  While we don't object
to the service you are providing, we are concerned that your use of a
logo which uses the same color scheme and similar font to the Google
logo may cause people to be confused into thinking that Google is
providing the Gtransfer service.  It's very important to Google to
make sure that internet users aren't confused.  Therefore, we have to
ask that you change the logo so it no longer resembles the Google
logo.  It would also be helpful if you could add a disclaimer to your
site saying "This site is not sponsored or endorsed by Google."

We also notice that you are inconsistent in your capitalization of
Gmail.  Gmail is  a trademark and should always be capitalized.

If you have any questions, please let me know.  Thank you in advance
for helping us to protect our brands.

Dear Rose,

We are delighted to inform you our plan to alter GTransfer's logo this
weekend due to the fact that we are fully occupied by our day-time
jobs.  We sincerely hope that GTransfer's logo has not confused too
many users.  After all, our site's traffic is very low.  It is between
20 to 40 clicks per day --buying AdWords from Google hasn't helped to
improve the traffic yet.
